At MB Milano Atelier transactional site we aim to provide you with a simple and enjoyable shopping experience. We want to provide you with the same fantastic service you would receive in our store, protect your privacy and provide an easy to use and secure site. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Payments can be made securely online using pay-pal. All prices are in euro and are inclusive of VAT at 21%.
Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will not take any payment until we have confirmed your item/s are in stock. In the unlikely event an item is sold out it will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you a suitable alternative or offer to order your product in for you.
Exchanging or Returning Your Order
All items being returned must be in their original condition with all tags attached and posted at the customers expense. Our returns period is extended for a limited time and you can return any unwanted item to us for a refund up to 14 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Unfortunately any items which are found to have stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a shop but we do request that hygiene seals are not removed from garments and shoes are only tried indoors. We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds on grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality. We do not cover the cost of return postage unless items are found to be faulty.
Please write your authorisation number on both the outside of your parcel and on a copy of the invoice. Returns will not be accepted without an authorisation number on the outside of the parcel. All exchanges being returned are based on the item being returned in its original condition.

FAULTY ITEM
We ask that you inspect all garments on receipt and if to be found faulty please contact us at milanoatelier1991@gmail.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. MB Milano Atelier makes every effort to prevent postal damage, however, please keep the original packaging and take the following steps if there appears to be any such damage:
1. Promptly contact the Postal Office or carrier for a Damage Inspection report
2. Request that the postal office/carrier return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.

At MB Milano Atelier we are committed to maintaining your privacy. When a purchase is made on our site we ask for some personal details to create an account. Your data will enable us to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functionality changes.
We never pass on your data to 3rd party companies for mailing or marketing purposes.
